A39 7/3 Question of lay out of Kalnak aerodrome has been under consideration with Director of Public Works Mr.Creasy.

In view of information obtained at home he

is preparing a new lay out for early building. He is very anxious to obtain opinion Mr. Wood Singapore on his proposal. Strongly recommend this course request that sanction for Civil Engineer Singapore to proceed Hong Kong as and when he can be spared and his presence at is considered desirable assist Hong Kong Government may be given. Space at Kaitak limited and to make most facilities the very best lay out possible is necessary. It is presumed layout will be submitted home for criticism before commencing construction works.
